Marketing is one of the most vital tool of business management in today's era. to To
increase sells of any product marketing is required. It involves many concepts i.e. societal
concept, product concept, selling concept and itself marketing concept. This reports shows the
concept of 7Ps and describes how marketing is essentially important for delivering products and
satisfying customer. Company's marketing essentials are based on these 7P's which includes
price, place, promotion, production, people and physical evidence. Here 'Your Destination' is a
company which works marketing rules does events and marketing campaigns to achieve its
desired goals and objectives (Baker and Magnini, 2016). 'Your destination' mainly focuses on
making loyal customer base line. Its marketing managers keeps its sites updated through digital
marketing and keeps delivering its products to targeted people. Marketing managers are aware of
the unexploited market through technology and internet. Its marketing strategy also emphasizes
on targeting the customers, segmentation of the market and positioning of the products.

Key Duties and Responsibilities for Marketing officer:
Marketing officer look at many duties and responsibilities in relation to different product and
services for expansion of business, with cost effective and sound marketing policy, this policy is
implemented by marketing officer, some Key duties are:
1. Conducts market research and analysis of ongoing trends, competitors strategy and
demographics.
2.Monitor and handle all promotional strategies, like branding, ad campaigns, etc.
3. Approves all the marketing campaigns, plans and strategies, before they go on floor.
4. He is in charge of product exhibition and promotional events.
5. Duty of compiling all the necessary information in context to finance and statistics.
