Marketing is the activity that helps to promote the goods and services of the organisation. It
is seen that the organisation that understands and knows about the principles of marketing is able
to attract more customers and attain success. It is a process under which the organisation
identified the needs and wants of customers and then formulates strategies in the form of goods
and services to satisfy them (Moraes Sarmento Ferreira, 2018). This report is based on marketing
management in Cadbury. It is one of the multinational organisation and second largest
confectionery brand that has its headquarters in UK. There is discussion related to marketing mix
and it's comparison with another organisation in this report. Along with that business plan is also
formulated in the report. A business organisation uses various techniques to meet the objectives a
discussion related to same is also done in the report. In the end there is strategic marketing plan
that helps to achieve the overall objective of the company. In the end budget is also formulated
that helps the organisation to monitor its expenses.

Marketing mix is one of the important components of marketing department. It is seen that it
helps to develop the product as well as sell it in the market at price that will help them to become
successful. Cadbury has decided its marketing mix by conducting of good research and gathering
knowledge. It helps in formulating of strategies that help the organisation to achieve the goals
that helps in the success of the business marketing mix in relation to Cadbury is discussed below.
