This organization was founded in 1884 by Michael Marks and Thomas Spencer in Leeds. This organization is very well-established in UK with a great brand name for its clothing products which can help the business in the asserting the exclusive nature of luxury of the food and beverages.

This project was able to understand this organization and organizational structure. This project helps with understanding the different types of organizational structure with their different benefits and drawbacks. In this project the organizational structure use by M&S in the international expansion has been reflected.
