Managing business is an effective activity which focus on planning, organizing, managing,
staffing, leading, controlling and monitoring all the functions of the business to achieve
higher goals and objectives.
This study will highlight and effectively align the business process by attaining
goals and objectives effectively. This study will focus on developing operational plans. This
study will further evaluate and monitor the quality of the performance of the business.
Furthermore, this study will focus on managing health and safety and at work by effectively
carrying out various risk assessment activity.

Pastry Emporium will be located in the high street locality and malls of Hong Kong. This
will help in attracting large number of customer by offering wide range of products like
cakes, biscuits, chocolates, cakes, pastries, croissants, etc. an effective business plan is
developed for cakes and biscuits to achieve the common goals and objectives and leads to
higher profitability and growth. Pastry Emporium will focus on building an effective plan
helps in long term sustainable growth and development of the business.
