McDonald is an leading American fast food enterprise that operates
in over 121 nations and 30,000 restaurants across the globe.
McDonald’s expands into foreign nations through three methods-
joint ventures, franchising and enterprise owned restaurants.
McDonalds has employed approximately 235,000 employees and
serves around 96% of the globe’s population.
With centralized international structure, this enterprise focuses on
declining cost, and improving quality and operations.
McDonalds vision is to become modern and progressive fast food
enterprise delivering contemporary customers experience.
The mission of company is to deliver quality service and gives
value to their customers (Cania 2014).
Some of the key partners of McDonalds are Kraft foods on US coffee
collaboration, Rovio entertainment for launching new- location
based promotion, and Cossette to bring about unique ad campaign.

Research Problem
The industry partners are facing several problems such
as, financial problems and equity, commitment levels,
disagreement in setting boundaries.
The specific problem that the research project will
explore is the human resource issues faced by the HR
managers of McDonalds.
This project will help the HR managers of McDonalds to
implement effective strategies and solve HR related
issues occurring within the workplace.
It is important to solve HR related problems within the
organization such as recruitment and training,
performance appraisals, maintain public relations,
maintaining proper work culture and managing disputes
(Cania 2014).

Research Aim
The research aims to explore the significance of
human resource management within the
McDonald.
The purpose of the research study is to analyse
how effective human resource management
improves business performance of McDonalds.
Effective human resource management help to
improve several problems of industry partners
of McDonalds. For example, these problems can
be declining revenue, increasing employee’s
turnover and declining customer’s demand.
