Reviewing
The brochure that have been chosen for completion of the report is EZ-ATS brochure.
The brochure have been providing proper description of the benefits of the EZ application. The
benefits that are received in the process includes the likes of cost efficient hiring. The brochure
also states that the entire process is easily implementable. The brochure also states that the data
are well maintained in the spreadsheet which helps in bettering the documentation part (Jie
2018). The brochure is well designed and precise in nature. The brochure mainly handles the
processing of the recruitment process. The brochure even provides with the cost that is required
for completion of the implementation process is also stated.
Aligning with the strategy
The EZ Applicant tracking system, as per the details provided in the brochure ensures
that there have been proper assessment of the benefits that will be provided by the system. The
benefits that will be received includes highlighting of the applicant’s skill. This aspect gets
aligned in a proper manner as well. Increased collaboration is yet another aspect that is received
by the EZ-ATS, these are the aspects that have been increasing the alignment of the entire
products with the task requirement.
Improving the process
With the implementation of the EZ-ATS, there are several aspects that will be getting
improved. The major aspect that will be getting improved is the communication and

collaboration process. It have been seen that the CV selection process have been one of the major
aspect that is to be considered. This was one of the major issue that have been seen in the
operational process, however, with the implementation of the data segmentation, the main aspect
that is considered is that the time that is required in the processing will be getting reduced
(Salehin, Ahmed & Sarker 2019). This getting reduced scenario have been properly assessing the
working process as well. Cost that is incurred in the process have been one of the major aspect
that is considered is that the cost that is incurred in the process will be getting reduced. This
reduction in cost have been one of the major aspect that is to be considered as a benefit for MTC.
Meeting requirement
The basic requirements for which the online recruitment system was being suggested will
be fulfilled by the EZ-ATS. All the attributes that were expected from the system is present. This
will also be increasing the accuracy in data analysis section as this will be benefitting the entire
working process (Hasnat et al., 2017). This will be increasing the recruitment process as well.
Another major concern that MTS was having was that the security section needed to be
maintained as the data of the clients are to be stored in a proper manner. It have been seen that
system and data security have been maintained as well.
Summary
From the entire discussion it can be stated that the chosen ATS will be acting favorable in
the processing of the business management. The attributes have been highly relatable to the
requirement of the MTS organization and this is the main reason that this EZ-ATS have been
selected. The most important aspect that is to be considered in the process is that cost efficiency
is maintained as well.
