Diversity and inclusion are two of the most important factors for the managers to tackle
within the complex business environment. These two issues have always been most useful for
the management to gain the competitive advantage because of their strong organizational culture.
The primary purpose of this task is to analyze the importance of diversity and inclusion and
make the most use of this (Downey et al. 2015). Diversity is definitely good for the overall
progress of the firms as most people have suggested. The difference can be there regarding
various things but these differences must serve the organization in the positive ways as always.
The uniqueness in the diverse facades must be revealed for the development of the organizations
in all plausible manners.
Antithesis
Some critics in the business management have opined that the organizations would like to
take the advantages of the diversity management. The scenarios where diversity would be
important for the firms to apply are thinking capacities, national origins, ethnicity and cultural
backgrounds and many other factors (Downey et al. 2015). On the other hand, inclusion is the
process where these differences would get the proper values instead. Otherwise, it would be very
hard for the firms to operate in diverse regions. As a matter of contradiction, it has been said that
diversity will bring the conflicts within the firms and it will be very problematic for the firms to
operate. The employees from diverse ethnic backgrounds will find it very hard to operate in these
conditions because they might feel this scenario to be a hostile environment (Sherbin and Rashid
2017).

The inclusion process in the firms is very important for everyone in the management.
Critics have opined in favor of inclusion most of the times. This will increase the chances for the
companies to get profits with diversified talent management. The market value of the
organization will increase with this. They have opined that the business decision making
perspectives would be improved through the process of diversity and inclusion process in the
chosen company DLG. According to the reports, companies that have embraced the inclusive
culture and diversity within their operations have always been very successful (Sherbin and
Rashid 2017). They have utilized on their diversified talents that is the key power or them to look
at various perspectives of the scenario. Thus, they have become capable of implementing
different processes and mixing with different cultures that can produce greater results for the
organization.
In the support of the case, it can be opined that the creative thinking aspects could be
implied more and more. This will obviously give way to more opportunities for the firms to think
about the solutions in a more creative manner. Otherwise, the entire management will be
threatened with difficult situations (Ferdman and Deane 2014). The discriminations within the
management of DLG towards the employees would definitely be very harmful by all sorts. This
level of discrimination will discourage the employees because they will not be able to
concentrate on their works because they know their opinions will never be recognized.
The diversity regarding gender discrimination must be addressed within all the
organizations in this complicated business environment. This is why it has been estimated
recently that around 21-30% of female representatives have been included in the organizations
(Guillaume et al. 2017). This has helped the organizations mostly since their decision making
systems are somewhat different from the male executives. So, it is definitely a matter of
