This impact must be minimized as the brain is in the developing stage and it is significantly harder for r the individual to grow and acquire the necessary skills and adopt the habitats that are required for the development of the individuals. If these are not minimize, it will be significantly harder to overcome those values and attributes that are needed there will be a mix of all the anxiety which will restricts the growth of a person. If a child is suffering from anxiety disorder they will not be able to socialize and improve, there is a fear developed within children which restricts the socializing skills which are required for the developing the personal growth. NHS must develop the cause which can help in the growth and developing the children. If the problem is evaluated earlier there will be a better chance to overcome it(Wykes and et.al., 2015). Remain hopeful As a employee of NHS England it is very important for me to check whether the patients are hopeful towards life or not, if not then find out the reasons for not being a hopeful person and then correction process must be worked upon(The Importance of resilience.2019). In the correctionprocessthepatientismadeunderstandthepurposeoflifeandgivingthem psychological treatment by creating motivation towards life and making life more enjoyable and interesting. Have patience and learn from the experience The patients of NHS England must be taught to remain calm and make them learn the optimistic approach towards life. Stress among the patients are caused because of impatience, which can be due to quick expectation of the results. If the results are not achieved as per the expectation then it creates stress but the patients must understand that it take time to achieve big things. They must be motivated to try and their mind must be trained to keep calm and do no get demotivated due to failure. patient more physically and mentally fit. The patient will be able to manage work effectively and due to which the stress chances will fall. Socially active It is also necessary for a patient to be socially active in order to resilience the mental stress(Signoretta, Buffel. and Bracke, 2019). This will make feel better to the patient and the patient will be able to think calmly and wisely towards any critical situation. Socially active person will keep oneself motivated and busy in the society and due to which stress will be managed and various activities will make a healthy and fit mind. LO4 P7. Impact of social as well as community workers upon their own mental health and their colleagues and individuals who are receiving support. Mental fitness is not restricted to the patients but it is required to be maintained among each and every individual including the workers as well as co-workers. While working with the employees, treating the patients also faces stress and the cause of the stress is management of the patients and handling queries of the patients(Molloy. and et.al., 2019). These are the two main categories of the stress by which the social as well as community workers feel stress. Sometimes hearing the case of the patients makes them so stressed that they feel the same situation upon them. Stress from the boss also hinders the performance at the workplace in which meeting the deadline without understanding the case of the patient becomes challenging for me. Apart from work family violence is also another major factor among them for the stress. The effect of the fight in the family used to reflect at the workplace (Hardy. and Price, 2019). I as a employee of NHS England faced when I had a fight with my dad, I used to diverge my mind towards the fight which used to have negative impact towards treatment of the patient and I used to avoid absolute understanding of the patients. The issues faced by me were not emotional training, no proper management of time and issues regarding flexibility in work and non vacations for the holidays. P8. Plan for enhancing as well as maintaining own mental health and also well-being being worker in social and community work. Job satisfaction is a integral part in the planning because without which the employees will not feel motivated towards the work and the employees will not perform their task well. In order to increase the job satisfaction NHS England will provide handsome salaries to the 6
employees and will offer employees every Friday recreational activities which will include games and sports(Rottenberg. and et.al., 2019).Holiday for travelling will also be provided so that they can feel fresh and same avoids the stress. In the mental health plan NHS England will provide flexibility for the experienced workers by working from home in which the patient facing from mental illness will be treated on a video conference. This will allow the employees flexibility and due to which they will be able to perform their duty well. Under the plan the employees will be trained to be emotionally intelligent because this will lead to stability in mind of the employees and employees will be ready to deal with any situation. In job recreational activities will be conducted for the purpose of making the minds of the patients fresh and health towards the work. CONCLUSION As per the study it is concluded that management of stress is very important because without it the effectiveness in the performance can not be seen. Stress management will increase the performance of the employees or any other individual at the work place. Stress management leads to make life better and one can handle critical task easily and comfortably. There are various factors such as work out, yoga, flexibility etc. which can make individual motivated and satisfied towards the work. Stress is not limited to patients but it is applicable for workers as well and the works must also be entrained from the work in order to divert the mind due to which they can work more effectively and efficiently. 7
