INTRODUCTION
Professional skills is the set of expertise and knowledge base which is being required by an
individual to learn new skills by which it can accomplish desired high work productivity.
Evaluation on the personal performance in terms of identifying the closeness to professional
closeness is being done within the report. Also identification of individual strength, weakness
with the implementation of SWOT also is being done within report. With that development of
Personal Development Plan is also being integrated within the report, through which future set of
actions are being implemented.

Skills, As being an individual preparing for the achievement of an efficient professional targets I
need to have a clear understanding about my set of skills which I am being having. By which I
can use my strengths in an proper manner, such that I am able to overcome the weak
performance area which I am having. Thus following are the set of skills which I often tend to
use within my daily operations. This include my skills like an continuous tendency to learn new
skills and try to implement it within the daily working, through which I am being able to acquire
proper knowledge base which is required for the achievement of my professional targets
(Roman, 2017).
Knowledge, Since I am often being highly motivated to learn new skills, therefore because
of which I am having a proper understanding in various fields as well. Therefore due to which I
am having a efficient understanding of various fields, due to I am able to make appropriate
improvisation within my working process as per the requirement. This efficient understanding of
various fields is also very important for me due to the fact that I tend to guarantee that I am being
able to achieve the desired target in minimum efforts.
Experience, I often uses my learning and knowledge base on various situations and due to
which I am being able to have an efficient understanding about the effect of the situation on the
task performance. Therefore, due to which I often tend to make several efforts by which I am

from academic career. This proper understanding of situations allows me to develop proper
