INTRODUCTION
In the present world there is various business opportunities available for people in which
they can easily make their career. It is very important for persons to take right decision in order
to achieve success for future growth. The area of study at present is related with marketing which
includes growth & career business opportunity in context of roles & responsibility played. Here I
played the role of undergraduate student with aim of strong career in marketing field. The current
report includes different business skill required for performing the desired job role for achieving
business objective. Apart from this it also consist of current trend which are arising in the
marketing industry (Caputo, Fregonese and Langher, 2020).

approaches market area. In the present research the current study is related to marketing which
need high potential. There is various business opportunities available within the area of study.
The current trends which have impact on marketing professionals are evaluated below as:
Globalization: It mainly refers to action among the individuals, governing bodies and
companies across the globe. The restriction has been led down over trading that is carried out at
international scale by develop good relationship among the countries. Now the products and
services can be easily exchanged among the national boundary. It resulted in advances
technology that helped in business growth. It is analyzed that globalization have broaden scope
of marketing by conducting activity through cross border transaction. The marketing professions
can easily approach to international audience that can easily enhance their sales and profitability
index. The competitive pricing strategy is beneficial for customers as it gives opportunity to
target the audience at global scale for enhancement of brand image. There is rise in competition
level due to concept of globalization as foreign firm are offering good to clients are
comparatively low prices. Thus global marketing is an emerging business trend which will
enhance marketing practice in efficient manner.

marketing area there are innovative tool used for achieving effective results. Firms are mainly
used digital platform for promoting their goods. Both companies operating at small & large scale
are using concept of digitization for promoting their products. The main aim behind this concept
is linked with enhancing sales with less expense. With the use of social platform SEO it becomes
easy to retain client and develop effective relationship with them. Marketing professional also
used various software to analyse need of buyers. Thus technology has impacted on overall
business activity (Giersch, 2016).
Customer relationship management: It is determined that customers are the most
valuable part of business who execute sales index and revenue generated by firm. The concept of
CRM is linked with developing strong relationship and retaining clients for long duration in
order to achieve brand loyalty. Clients are having higher purchasing power and marketing
professional aims at offering services to their potential client according to their requirement. So
