Benefits and challenges of an automated systemTo handle and face challenges, the RRH is moving forward to the IT industry for the bestequipment and tool. For diagnostic procedures and better treatment, it is good for RRH, healthorganizations for upgrading the infrastructure so that they can deliver the best results. Manychallenges are been faced by hospitals, so to reduce these challenges there is a need forautomated systems but there are some problems with the automated system (Slamin, et. al,2016).Benefits: There are various benefits of creating an automated system like it saves time andpaper. Earlier people used to keep a register for keeping the records and entries of all patientsentering and going out but now they can easily reduce the use of paper and so many registers byimplementing the automated system in RRH and various other hospitals. Some of the advantagesof using an automated system are listed below:-Saves Cost: It is the future of RRH and many health care organizations. The routine taskmanagers have to handle the routines like validating and organizing the information of thepatients. Using an automated system in RRH will help to provide an intelligent solution likeit reduces the workload of the staff so that they can emphasize on various important activities(Budi, et. al, 2018).Effective Medical Billing: next important advantage of using these automated systems helpsin making computations for all of their patients. Earlier in RRH, they couldn't manage theaccountings but due to innovations, the paperwork is reduced and they can manage theiraccounts and make bills of their patients easily. Capturing accurate data: Data is very important in RRH as it maintains every single andsmall detail about the patients, medicines, accounts, attendances, etc. in previous times RRHwas not able to document the information in a good format but now they can address andcapture right information very easier, faster and with few errors. Better Competitiveness: Due to using of good software and applications in RRH hospitalsthey are able now to provide more attention to their patients and more focused on variousother works. They have improved their services of RRH therefore this leads to giving goodcompetition to others. It makes work easier and save lot of time.Challenges: Every system is having the Pros & cons of using it but still people implement it intheir lives. Similarly, an automated system is also having some challenges that are needed to bechecked and managed. Therefore the challenges are:-Due to a huge amount of information in RRH, it is hard for them to manage the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.Lack of connection link within advanced machines. Proper maintenance of softwareapplications & services is required because if it is not done working will become poor. Misaligned workflows and poor collaboration
