It combinesvarious elements for obtaining the bureaucratic approval and reduces the time consumption ofmanaging business operations, furthermore fulfill the requirements of certificate, report,investigate and enforce business practices too (Jahanshani et al., 2014). The US Government hasimplemented strategies to enable companies use the quality management systems, that have beencertified based on the ISO 9001:2000 standard. The level of satisfaction among the customers isrelated to the profit level achieved and business performance. With customers being moreconcerned about the quality of products and services offered, the US Government has undertakeninitiatives for ensuring management of quality within the organizations and keeping thecustomers satisfied as a whole (Jhandir, 2012). Business issuesThe choices and decisions made by the customers are based on the products’ valueprovided and quality. Based on the cross-cultural study presented by Kobylanski, Pawlowska &Strychalska-Rudzewicz (2011), it could be understood that US Government applied various ISOnorms for enabling certification of quality and focused on the safety and good health ofindividuals achieved through management of high quality of the products and services. HazardAnalysis at Critical Control Point (HACCP) policies, Quality management systems and ISOcertifications were enabled for making sure that the products and services delivered could meetup the expected quality standards and by consuming those, customers could remain healthy andsafe (Kobylanski, Pawlowska & Strychalska-Rudzewicz, 2011).
