INTRODUCTIONWithin the organization, there are different type of issues that are faced within the firm, itis important that proper focus is made so that all the employees put on their full efforts so thatthe rate of performance can be improved . To conduct the research in effective manner, JKL istaken in to consideration. They are planning to improve their performance level through skilledworkers. 1. Review the JKL simulated business Main focus of the study is made to review, implement and develop workforce planning atJKL. Employees are the face of organization as they have direct interaction with customers. Theyare the one who present the products and services to customers. Improvement made in the part ofworkforce will enable to raise the sales and profitability . There are many different type of issuesthat are faced within the organization. In this context , it includes in effective workingenvironment. It is important for the business to make sure that they are able to perform their rolesin effective manner. Further, workers are provided with certain set of roles that has to be playedby them. From the findings, it can be stated that they are not able put on their full efforts for thetype of work that are provided to them. 2. Review workforce trends at JKL In accordance with the information that is provided of the firm of workforce trends, it canbe stated that the rate of performance is low. There are many numbers of employees who leavethe firm. There are many types of reasons that are given by each of them. From the findings, it isidentified that, in sale force and customer service, majority of the people level the firm. Reasonsfor leaving the firm includes lack of opportunity, lack of recognition, unhealthy work culture,etc. This in simple words, it can be stated that workers are not satisfied with the type of roles andresponsibilities that are played by them. Sales force includes majority of people involved andthey are the one who have direct interaction with customers. It required understanding theimportance of taking up appropriate steps so that the rate of satisfaction from the side ofemployees can be raised. 3 . Review of external environmentThere are different type of departments that are formed so that they are able to worktowards attaining the goals and objectives in effective manner.
