relative measure in order to find the major areas where improvement is required.
With this, Hilton hotel will be able to give excellent service to their customers and
will achieve their goals and objectives in clear and specific manner.
Working as a HR manager in cited hospitality firm, it is my utmost responsibility to
strengthen their performance and provide them necessary training and
development. Apart from it, it is also required to give them constant feedback on
the performance which they are rendering to cited hospitality firm
