The concept of motivation is concerned with providing inspiration and stimulating the human
resources of an organisation so that they can harder work towards the attainment of organisational
goals as well as objectives in a well defined manner. Motivation is associated with the wants and needs
of an individual and facilitates it in using the skills and the knowledge of workforce in order grow and
develop business as a whole (Akiding, 2021).
