The researcher is evaluating the Equality diversity workforce in Costa Café In Enfield.
INTRODUCTION
Equality and diversity mean (Equal Opportunity) is legal requirement
Its legal obligation to protect any sort of discrimination against like person, race, gender, religion
and disabilities.
1.1 Aim and Objectives
Aims: To evaluate and promote the Equality and Diversity workforce at Costa Coffee company
in Enfield, UK
Objectives:
· In order to reach equality and diversity workforce, it must be implemented equal
opportunity in training, promotion, and pay. Therefore, all employees regardless of
ethnicity, race, religion and gender should be treated equal.
· To promote and achieve the Equality and Diversity workforce, in Costa Coffee company,
employees must be given the opportunity to learn and grow with the organisation
· To practice the Equality and Diversity situation in the work place, it will help employees
retention.
· To identify a sensible way to promote Equality and Diversity, the organisation must utilise
a good strategy that will improve employees productivity.

requires the planning, scheduling, and
collaborating with all team members.
Resources The researcher got the resources from the local
newspaper, interviewing company employees
and collecting data from company reports,
government reports, and the internet including
the social media platforms such as Facebook.
1.3 Produce Work break down structure, Gantt Chart and Milestone.
Work-breakdown structure (WBS):
It’s a method or art in doing a complicated project easier. It’s way to overcome a large project,
and can be done faster, smoother and efficiently.

WBS is like Tree structure that makes your project and breaks it down into smaller, manageable
segments. WBS divides projects into individual tasks and sub-task.
Gantt Chart
It’s a useful graphical tool which shows activities or tasks performed against time. It’s also
known as visual presentation, where activities are broken down and presented on chart to
understand and interpret the project clearly.
Milestone:
It’s a task of zero-time scale that shows important achievement in a project. The milestones
should represent a clear sequence of events until project is completed. It’s also a way of knowing
project direction in advance.
