safeguarding the financial success of a specific outlet and maintaining the reputation of the company. The
manager is to look after the operation of the store and the production of the company. The recruitment is
for the post of the cafe manager. The recruitment is going to take place in the St. Regas hotel in Texas.
The interview is scheduled in the morning form 9 A.M to 4 P.M. The applicants are requested to come

Job title: CoffeeVille café Manager
Salary: The salary of the café manager is 20,000 dollars depending on experience.
Hours: The working hours for the café manager are 42.5 hours per week. The job
holder is expected to work in a flexible manner within the opening hours of the shop,
including the weekends and the bank holidays.
Location: United States, Texas
Reporting relationships: In order to manage the Café and the optimizing the profit,
while remaining consistent with the green ethos and the focus on the community. In
order to collaborate with the shop manager, who plays a major role in providing
administrative and other general support which lies outside the busy periods and who
perform certain management duties in their absence.

About CoffeeVille: CoffeeVille is a family-owned and run café located in Melbourne.
CoffeeVille aims to serve quality food and fair trade coffee at a city pace. The café is
currently open 7 am–5 pm, Monday to Friday. CoffeeVille has been experiencing
consistent growth in sales and numbers of customers over the last two years. This
growth has led to a need for a second floor manager who is able to manage customer
complaints, take responsibility for higher level café operations and manage staff
performance.
Purpose of position: the post holder will be expected to be flexible to the work
environment and is related to the flexibility towards the successful management of the
retail business as the café duties permit. It is related to the availability of
understudying the role of shop manager that is necessary in order to meet the current
opening hours of the shop (Recruiting Resources: How to Recruit and Hire Better
2017).
Responsibilities and Duties
To manage the daily operations of the office including organising mail, couriers,
catering and travel. Staff need to be able to use MS EXCEL confidently, to arrange
global travel and to work on their own. At the end of each working week, all catering
events for the following week must be finalised.
Responsibility 1 – to keep a track of the production of the employees. The track
should be maintained in an excel sheet.
