The selling of the products in the international market has contributed 20% of the total revenue of the company. New products have also been identified in the website of the competitors, so that Native Bush Spices can change their plans accordingly on the basis of the products manufactured by the competitors. Apart from Singapore, the company has started selling their products in Hong Kong as well. The overall sales have increased by $250,000 in just one year. The total sales of the organization have amounted to $70,000 from the international markets only. Though no partner has identified in the market of Singapore, who can be taken in the cooperative venture. No innovative ideas have been initiated, and no progress has been made on alliance marketing till date. The company is still unsure about the selection of the primary or secondary research to identify the market opportunities. Conclusion From the above report, it can be concluded that there are opportunities available for Native Bush Spices to expand their business operations in the market place of Singapore. Though there are threats, by the company can overcome by the strengths and minimizing of the weaknesses. The company need to follow the strategic plans in an efficient and effective way so that the company can enjoy a competitive edge over others.
