The paper also defines the key personnel and resources associated with the project. The stakeholders associated with the project analyses the project deliverables and work accordingly (Fuller et al. 2017). The project team and the business client can conduct feasibility study based on the project plan and the project deliverables. The project is expected to complete in about five years’ time. The project requires a budget of$946,800.00. Project goals and objectives The goal of the project is to build a newspaper publishing firm. The stakeholders must perform the business start-up operations effectively so that the project can become successful. The project team has planned to prepare an implementation schedule with the usage of the project management tools. The project’s objective is to develop an appropriate schedule, develop an annual revenue. The objective of the project is to predict profit projections for five years. The project will get completed within stipulated time, and within stipulated budget, in this way, the underlying project risks can be mitigated (Heagney 2016). The building materials and fixtures project can get completed if the project plan is followed appropriately.
