INTRODUCTION Marketing behaves like a platform to thosegoods and services that an organisation offers at a price to its customers or clients. The major function is to promote and facilitate exchange. Basicallypeople are known to very common but incorrect way of selling and advertising of its product as the only marketing activities (Homburg, and et.al., 2020). This report will include detail discussion about the small business – Nora Cafe and its competitors along with the Swot analysis. MAIN BODY From managerial point of view, marketing is the process by which an organisation analyses the best opportunities to grow its business operations. We have taken a small-medium sized business namely, Nora Cafe which is based on London, UK with the moto of “Drink Coffee, Enjoy Life”. Nora Cafe is a traditional type English cafe with a warm comfortable place where people can sit and enjoy the taste of food and drink. It offers a calm and peace environment to its customers which makes it more attractive for the people. People who are fond of books can even take benefits as there are thousands of books available for sale. Competitors Analysis It is the market business strategy that helps a business to determine how well one's business and the products are performing (Asghari, and et.al., 2020). The main competitors of Nora Cafe are Papa's Main Street Dell, Turnaround Cafe LLC, McKenna's cafe and Omelette Factory Santee. One of the competitors strength and weakness is mentioned – Papa's Main Street Cafe. Strength-This cafe offers nice staff service that makes it different from its competitors. Customers finds it to be the decent place to eat and cozy ambiance with cute décor attracts more customers whereas Nora Cafe can also increase the efficiency of their staff. 1
Weaknesses-This business have very slow innovation process and never understands the importance of feedback whereas Nora Cafe allow the feedback from the customers that allows it to grow easily. SWOT Analysis SWOT analysis is the methods of identifies the internal and external factors of a business. Strength and Weaknesses are internal as well as Opportunities and Threats are an external factors (Madsen, and et.al., 2022). Below is the SWOT analysis of Nora Cafe: StrengthWeaknesses It has better knowledge of their locality along with best interior design. Itoffersbestfoodanddrinkas comparedtoitscompetitors.Food customisation is also available. Its market share is very small and it targets a small number of audience. Itofferslimitedmenuandhaveno marketingteamwhichmayleadto failure. OpportunitiesThreats Introduction of new varieties of food in its menu. Offeringsomespecialdiscountsand coupons can increase its sale. Competitors with big chain of cafe is the biggest threat. Market with a high price sensitivity as the price of coffee can't be increased beyond certain level. CONCLUSION This reports include the background of the small-medium business – Nora cafe based in London. Along with that we also included the competitors and have listed one the competitors strength and weakness. We have also included SWOT analysis of Nora Cafe. 2
