A. The main task and responsibilities of your job role.

tasks you have particularly enjoyed.
Example; During my job, I have reall0y enjoyed while encouraging the care team, more
specifically while supervising the care team members. I have been able to provide the positive
feedbacks that can highlight the positive attitude of every care team member. This can give every
member of care team with having aims or goals to work on as well as to enhance their practices
more appropriately.
B. Treating the people with respect and dignity and honouring their human rights.
How do you demonstrate a person-centred approach?
Example; While treating the patients with effective care services, it is quite important for care
assistant to treat their patients with respect and dignity. In the care organization, there is recently
required to alter the care practice standards due to the new procedures and policies. I specifically
met with all the clients in order to discuss the following alterations as well as I arranged a new
care plan that is mainly based on the needs of all the patients. In addition, it is required to be
placed in every care treatment plan of every patient to improve their well-being and then it is
needed to be communicated towards all the care team.

Example; While providing care services and communicating with clients and their respective
family members and other care team, there are some of the communication methods that is

Who would you talk to in the team if you were concerned about a client?
Example; While having concerns about clients, I have specifically discussed the problems with
my care professional. The specific procedures have been placed in order to furnish some addition
support as well as the trainings to the care team members that are involved with patients.

How can you ensure a client’s mental well-being is being supported as well as their physical
health?
Example; I will ensure by effectively determining and providing support activities which can
best for the patient’s capabilities and preferences. I will provide knowledge about the mind-body
exercises that can effectively make benefits to the mental well-being of patient. In addition,
having high enjoyment of the activities can make more benefits to the mental health.

How do you keep yourself up to date with best practices?
Example; In order to keep up to date with best possible practices, I will keep looking at the NHS
and NICE guidelines so that I can effectively ensure my behaviours and actions that can reflect
the good practices. To enhance my care practices at workplace, I have been keep discussing it
with the care professionals.
