promotion and distribution. Whereas project management can be define as a process which is
related to the planning and organising the company's resources to accomplish a specific task or
project. As per the given brief, the two organisations will be taken in this file which are M&S
and Portakabin, these both are related to the manufacturing company. This study will cover
about the different kind of principles of operation management and preparation of continuous
improvement plan along with its principles according to the review critique of operation
management principles. Moreover, the evaluation of effectiveness of the project life cycle also
will be discussed in this report.
