In order to improve the business activities and design structure the threeoperational criteria those ought to be maintained include aggregate planning and maintenance,Forecasting and facility layout development and production and inventory control management.Considering the requirement of the consumers, planning and maintenance aggregation should bedone and finalized as well. In addition to this, at the very initial phase, the stages those arenecessary for making electronic growth of the system should also be considered. Therefore,based on the requirement of the consumers, the operational management skills are needed to begrown by within the industrial workers defining from the planning and maintenance program. Again in the very initial phase of construction of gas pipelines the route of gastransmission must be survey accordingly.
