INTRODUCTION
Operation and information management system is the administration of business practices
to create a high level performance and efficient within the organization. This is the main concept
that concern about to convert the materials into the good or services. This report will discuss
about the series of two business process models to capture the existing and also propose the
business process CC Music. This assignment will describe the strategic analysis for CC music by
using Pestle analysis. Furthermore, this will discuss about the open source software that help for
analyzing the characteristics of business information system. At last, it will recommend the for
software that applicable in the business process and also ensuring that how the strategy is
effectively implemented such as consideration of challenges.

graphical ways. It is applicable in global ways for the business process. It is basically an open
source, which determine the original code that help for change the process in appropriate
manner. It can be started with the business flow diagram to map the practices and flow of
organization (Hazen and et.al., 2018). This model is approved the standardization that often the
use the software that includes BPMN language. CCL Music business configure to its BPMN to
work with the software.
With the power of visualization, it is used to communicate with the other people to
provide the information regarding the interaction process. It includes within the between the firm
and staff members used the model to increase the productivity and profitability.
There are two different type of business process model applicable in the CCL music
organization to manage their operations and function in proper manner.
BPMN (Business process modeling notation) - The basic aim of this model to resolve
the complexity which introduced by the goals and system. CC music is used these methodologies
to maintain the cost complexity (Holweg and et.al., 2018). This approach is developed for
various purpose such as emerging etc. It is a formalization technique that can divide into the
different categories such as descriptive business model and graphical modeling technique. They

terms for the new ideas, strategies and practices that help for organization to build strong
relationship with the customers (Prajogo and et.al., 2018). It helps for business process to

achieve their goals and objectives. For considering the online gathering of customer data BPM is
regarded to as best online solution with help of this management tool it will be helpful to
coordinate all activities of sales and marketing team that of customers. This system is regarded to
as best CRM solution which will help into collecting and gathering of information and then
helping into automated customer service process to exceed their expectation as well. Thus
helping into proper coordination of customer with company so that this would be helpful into
offering value to customers and selling products. CRM will build up relationship with customers
into music industry as the recording companies will not be having any sort of direct relationship
with their customers.
Enterprise resource management software- ERP is a business management software that
allows for an organization to use the system in appropriate ways. It also integrated with the
applications to manage the operations by using the technology. As it could be included that the
ERP system will be improving process of company in way of making business more efficient
and profitable as well.
