INTRODUCTION
Operations and project management plan refers to the planning and implement of

implemented by hotel industry include data management system that is managed by front-desk
operations, reservations and channel management.
Overview of internal communication system to identify company issue
Internal communication refers to a process that helps employees of an organisation to
interact with each other. In this management system also identifies all system that is used for
commanding all organisational structure with proper management. The success of organisation
depends on efficiency of organisation (Zhou, 2016). In this organisational system various factors

records and unstructured records. For making sure house uses various statistics managements
systems which include POS structures, PMS system and many others.

organisation have impacted. Such trouble is confronted by way of them because of lack of
