Establishment of Fresin Fries as a successful local fast food outlet to gain high market share in Singapore. Besides that, the management of Fresin Fries also aims to formulate an outlet in the shopping mall to draw the attention of the ongoing consumers (Sumaedi & Yarmen, 2015). In this way, fresh-cut Belgian fries with signature dipping sauces are the dominant philosophy of Fresin Fries that could increase the profit and revenue. On the other hand, the management of Fresin Fries is always concentrating on high-quality snacks products that consumed low oil. Advanced frying process of Belgian fries includes standards of food quality to meet the expectations of the consumers.
