company. It is connected to different types of process like marketing, manufacturing and selling
of home products. For second scenario selected organisation sunshine drinks, which is
manufacturing and selling fruit drinks into market. The presented report focus on critical
evaluation of effectiveness of operations management principles. There has been applied the
concept of continuous improvement in the company context. Furthermore, apply project life
cycle and critique the application of PLC used in a given context.

to be analysed so that better project can be made. It is important to analyse the effectiveness of
