Opportunities of quality improvement project
Quality improves refers to systematic as well as formal approach for analyzing the
performance as well as the efforts for improving performance. There are different approaches
that helps to analyze the data as well as test the changes in the project (Brandrud et al., 2017).
For completing the project, reputable QI model is to be chosen using the processes of QI and
Practices of QI in the project.
Some Quality improvement basics are to be followed in QI improvement projects.
1. Establishing a quality culture in the project: The processes and the processes carried
out in the project are to be integrated for determining the quality improvement in project. The
project practice culture, the attributes, actions and behaviors of the project reflects the practice
that is being undertaken in project to embrace the quality of project (Ovretveit et al., 2017). The
culture of QI are different from more project practice and includes establishing the QI teams and
hold regular meeting for improving QI of the project.
2. Determining as well as prioritizing the potential area for improving the project: The
different ways for identifying as well as understanding different ways in the project practice to
improve the project. Examining the population of patient and the operations practice are to be
analyzed in the project. Proper quality measures for improving the quality of the project are to be
included in the project.
3. Collecting as well as analyzing the data: The collection of data and the analysis of data
is the main feature of improving the quality of the project. The data in the project will help to
understand the system and the working process of the system (Antonacci et al., 2018). For
