This assignment involves an analysis of employee motivation and turnover, focusing on Herzberg's two-factor theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs. It is concluded that a company must focus on security and self-esteem of employees as it is lacking behind. Not only this, but the company also needs to fulfill its employees' belonging and self-actualization needs by conducting various activities and training programs. These activities can help employees retain for long periods. To have low employee turnover and retain employees for long periods, Herzberg's two-factor theory has been used to analyze the reasons behind high employee turnover. By designing interventions, it is being concluded that a company can solve these issues using different techniques like goal-setting, team-building, survey feedback, and sensitivity training.
