INTRODUCTION
Trust can be defined as an essential ingredient for developing good relations among the
people. Trust leaders use the support of their staff members in order to achieve the common
objectives as well as forms one of the most important aspect of the company. Trust is a
component of transformational leadership that includes, intellectual stimulation, individualised
consideration, idealised influence and inspirational motivation. Good leaders in an organization
possessing trust and honesty in them directly helps them to satisfy the staff members personally
and professionally (Bakotić, 2016). There are some qualities of good leaders such as, good
communicator, accountability, decision making ability in adverse conditions, integrity,creative,
risk taker etc. This report is based on critical discussion about the role of a good leader in an
organization. As well as many theories are studied in order to grow the trust and faith between
employees and employer over the years.

achieve the set objectives and standards trust is important to be build among the team members
and have faith on each other hard work. In an organisation if trust and faith lacks among the
opposing parties then it is difficult to survive for longer timer duration in the cut throat
competitive world. In order to build strong relations over the years building trust is mandatory
aspect. Where there is no trust there is no existence of relationship in the global market. Goof
leader build trust and confidence among the team members in order to assure workers that the
act taken by them are beneficial for employees and their career. As well as good leaders trust
provide a sense of safety to the staff members in terms of emotionally and physically. By doing
so workers overall productivity ratio can be raised which is a positive sign for the enterprise.

To become a good leader certain skills are required to be build in an individual over
the years. It is not important to become good leader in one day but with the phase of time it can
be in-build within. Active listener, risk taker, self awareness, improvise in nature etc. are certain
skills which need to be in-build over the time. Active listener is one of the most prominent skill
which a good leader need to be posse in order to build trust in the eyes of the employees. By
doing so workers are able to share their quarries without any hesitation and best solution is
provided. This directly increases the over workforce productivity and profitability ratio in the
competitive market place. Good leaders with capabilities like risk taker aid the organisation to
gain competitive advantages against rivalry. It also aid in accomplishing set goals and objectives
in the set time duration (Balwant, 2018).

standards. Path Goal Theory can be defined as no matter weather a leader adopts democratic,
autocratic, supportive, bureaucratic, coach style leadership etc. some other behaviour depends on
the critical investigation of the circumstances. By effectively adopting this theory in the business
in the short time period administration is able to flourish across the boundaries. As well as huge
revenue is gathered which is a positive sign for the company. This model is widely executed in
the working premises of the enterprise in order to motivate staff members to work hard day to

Supportive leadership can be explained as leadership traits refers to as personal qualities
which demonstrates effective leaders. It results in high productivity and satisfaction level when
workers are performing structured tasks.
In the ear of twenty first century, organisation are using democratic leadership style in their
working environment so as to assure the team members that they are valuable assets of the
company. By indulging all the employees in the decision making process provide best decision
in favour of both company and staff members. This act directly or indirectly helps the
organisation to bind skilled, capable and potential workers for longer time period. As they aid in
coming up with innovative idea in the world of neck to neck competitive world (Burrell and
Morgan, 2017).

workers to use the resources properly in achieve the desire goals and objectives. As well as trust
element aid to build healthy, strong and transparent relation that directly assist the company to
easily communicate relevant information from one place to another (Elsmore, 2017).

accordingly with the phase of time. By building trust it is beneficial to the firm in every aspect

faith give them the assurance that right work is carried out in the premises. As well as this helps

retain capable employees in their working premises. Some qualities of leaders are god gifted
whereas, rest need to be developed with the phase of time. However, trust and faith should be
build by the good leaders in the eyes of the staff members as it become easy to divert them in
