INTRODUCTION
Organisational behaviour is termed as in-depth analysis of individuals who performs their
roles and responsibilities in organisation (EL-Ghorra and Panatik, 2021). It is essential for an
organisation to influence group and individual’s behaviour with the help of strong culture and
positive environment. Present report has been conducted on CafePod Coffee Co, which is a
small-scale independent coffee company founded in 2011. Report include discussion on
organisational culture within company and recommendation.

Using an organisational culture model, critically analyse the current organisational culture of
your organisation
Organisational behaviour understanding permit association to effectively facilitates
behaviour and performance of employees. In this HR manager of association plays a critical part
to give positive and sound work environment climate in which group and individual led activity
in a persuaded way (Al-Swidi and et. al., 2021). There are diverse kind of elements like culture,
politics and power that are having huge effect upon group and individual regular schedule
execution, appropriate comprehension of these angles lead association to cultivate sound
relationship. Mentioned below the current organisational culture prevailing in c. is being
discussed:
Handy’s four types of organisational cultures
Power Culture:
This is a sort of culture which restricts the power to take choices in the limits of just
couple of people having a place with top and centre administration. However, this subsequently
paces the flow of decision-making effectiveness. While, this lower down motivation and
creativity among workers and groups as their perspectives and feelings are not taken into in this
culture. Within CafePod Coffee Co., managers take use of this culture as to lead and guide
employees.
