INTRODUCTION Organizational behavior is the study of human behavior and all the actives of an individual within the organization(Fornero. and.et.al., 2017). The organization behavior is studied to determine the impact of human behavior in working environment on the job structure, motivation, leadership and many more. This report will focus on the motivation as well as the cultural description. Furthermore this report will also highlight different types of motivation theories and Belbin team theory aswell Organizational behavior philosophy and concept. MAIN BODY motivation and culture description Motivation It is derives from the two words motive means needs while desire means needs or wants. One of the crucial factors of the management is to create that creates willingness between the employees so that they can perform their best .Employees of the Hilton hotel can be motivated by the monetary and non monetary rewards , also they can motivated the employees by listening them as it is a major factor of motivating the employees when they Doubt themselves about their ability. Managers ofOur Hilton hotel motivate employees by listening to their needs as well as in a situation of the conflict(Leslie.and et.al.,2016) Power is the capacityto make the things happen as per the perspective of someone else to do it .It is advantageous within the firm like Hilton Hotel where the managers of the firm delegate the tasks to various employeesas well as also make them to do those tasks. Within their role is to guide them , also power helpsin giving a sense of direction towards the goals of the firm. Power can be responsible for the assuring as well commitment within firm. Herzberg's theory of motivation this is also known as the Two factor theory as per this theoryemployees of our Hilton hotel depends on two kinds of factors such as satisfaction as well as dissatisfaction(Fornero. and.et.al., 2017) Hygiene factors- these are the kinds of these jobs factors that unable to lead the positive satisfactionforthelongtermsuchifthesefactorsareabsentthentheyleadstothe dissatisfaction factors. Organisational behaviour assist our hotel Hilton to overcome the individual differences and to prepare an effective work force. On the other hand for Hilton it also guides it to build effective social system and to work ethically. It is very important for the success of our hotel that leaders must follow and encourage suitable practices for the organization. Our organisation uses variety of approaches to apply these concepts into practices. Some of these approaches are as follows: Path goal leadership theory: The leaders of our hotel adopt the behaviour which best suits our work culture and employees. As per path goal theory the behaviour of leaders must have goal to enhance the motivation, satisfaction and empowerment of employees so that their productivity towards organisation can be enhanced (Hirt, 2016). For achieving these objectives, leaders in our hotel develop complete awareness regarding organisational needs and requirements of our team members. For instance during the challenging tasks our leaders gives motivation and adopt democratic approach so that they can work with team members to achieve goals. On the other hand when there is urgent need to meet the deadlines or needs of customers then our leaders emphasis on follow autocratic or transformational styles so that organisational goals can be satisfied. The acceptance of effective behaviour of leaders and its application to improve employee behaviour build effective work groups and authority system leading to better achievement of goals. In order to promote and maintain effective behaviour within Hilton hotel there are several contemporary barriers such as lack of resources, lack of suitable framework, resistance from team members as well as situational resistance. It is necessary for the organisation to overcome these challenges so that different organisational situations can be handled and managed. The successful management and incorporation of organisational behaviour is necessary to develop an environment which enhances the productivity of the employees (Hirt, 2016). The ineffective practices also leads to conflicts and dissatisfaction among employees which is not beneficial for the work culture of hotel as well as for the guest service delivery of hotel Hilton. Organisational behaviour contributes to the success of organisation as good behavioural practices will promote CONCLUSION From above it had been concluded that Power is the capacity responsible for the assuring as well commitment within firm.
