INTRODUCTION Organizational behavior can be considered as the most essential term in each businessorganisation and plays most effective role at work place. (A) Handy's culture typology to discuss organizational culture Organizational culture is a fundamental study which helps in establishing a properunderstanding about what goes on in firm and how they are operating their business function andwhat strategies will be used by firm in order to enhance their working ability and performance.Handy’s culture typology is most effective in explaining the influence of culture. This can beclassified among four different aspects which are described as under:Power culture: This is the most important element of culture typology, in an organisationpower is held in few of individual who are having the capacity to manage it in mostappropriate manner. In this people has to play some roles as per the created rules andregulation of power culture. This is considered as strong culture, through which quickdecision has to be made by employees in order to carry out firm’s activities in rightdirection. Task culture: In this type of culture teams are designed in order to accomplishing naygoals and task which are more effective in organizational growth and success.
