INTRODUCTION
Business environment has been changing day by day and organization is focused over
improving time and make structure in coping changes over requirement of customer which are to
be satisfied. Flexibility has been determined by significant feature which makes guiding of
business organization over changes according to condition of market. Various responsibility has
been able to supervise activities handling various activities to make process appropriate. In this
report British American Tobacco company is taken. It was formed in the year 1902. From this
cigarettes is being sold for satisfying customer needs that is located in London, UK. Use of
organizational structure performance level is imposed that impacts organization in direct manner.
This assignment is based on significance of leadership style that us adopted by CEO of
British American Tobacco company that helps in brining efficiency at market level. Various
theories are there that creates direct influence on power and conflicts discussed within the
assignment. Various aspects is being considered by manager of business organization that
enhances performance and various benefits under which challenges has been faced. Macro
environmental factor of an business organization takes appropriate decision for success of
business organization. They adopt different style of leadership and appropriate strategy that
helped the business organisation and giving right path in order to achieve favourable outcomes at
Marketplace (Oyewo and Akinsanmi, 2020).

Management signifies plaining, organizing and perfroming work whcih make goasl and
objective of an organization to be achieved. Management style is that method taht has to be
adopted by supervisor for nmaking goals to be achieved. Principals of management includes
plaining, organizing and controlling activities in appropriate way. This is one of most important
function of administartion taht helps in perfoming activities in apropriate way. Leaders holds
responsibility over perfoming functions that makes improving in management style and selection

administrating in appropriate manner. Prime purpose of these tactics has been helping in using

with objectives of an organization that generates positive ambience at marketplace. It is there to
have significant value which makes trust, respect and cooperation of an organization. Also an
strong relationship is formed within employees of organization. That is why this management
style is adopted by Sainsbury.
The management style that is being adopted by business oragnization that pursuade
administartion style. Autocratic leaderhip style is using various features whcih helps in making
appropriate decision whihc benifits organization. Managers obeys persuasive supervisor whcihb
helps in atking decsion at marketplace. This management style is followed in TESCO.

British American Tobacco has to focus on various qualities that has to be offered to its
