INTRODUCTION
As the business environment is changing, organization has to focus over improvement in
time also and has been helping in generating of structure which has been coping with changes
that is being required by customer in order to create satisfaction among themselves. Flexibility is
determination of significant feature that has assisted business organization in utilizing various
changes which has been arising due to existing condition within the market. Supervisors are
responsible for tackling of various activities for handling of process and functions in appropriate
manner. This report is based on British American Tobacco. This organization was formed by
Imperial tobacco in the year 1902. It has been offering cigarettes to its users for making
satisfaction in them and is located in London UK. Also organizational structure is being used by
them for increasing of performance level that has been impacting directly over organizations
performance. In this assignment significance of leadership style that has been applied by CEO of
British American Tobacco which made them efficient in market place. Various motivational
theories that has been having direct influence on power and conflicts is being discussed in this
assignment. Various aspects that has been considered by mangers of business organization in
order to enhance and uplifting performance level with powers and various benefits with
challenges that is being faced by managers. Also it is required for assessing changes that has
been accruing in micro environmental factors within a business organization. This makes in
taking of appropriate decision in order to make an organization gain success in market and also
motivates towards right path to gain desired results to achieve favorable outcome in market.
Examination of management style, principles and functions
Management is the process that helps in developing, plaining and organizing of activities
within an organization that helps in acheviong goals and objectives set by an organization. Style
of management is required to be adopted by managers or supervisor in order to help in
acomplishmentb of goals. Principals of maangement includes functions like plaining, structuring
and developement of startegies which makes controlling of organization to be developed in
effective manner. These are considered to be one of the most impportant factor that has helped in
performing of different activities in proper way. It holds responsibility of imporvisiong
mangement practices by adopting management style and applying principals related to
management. It involves administrtive functions within it (Grant and Wolfram Cox, 2017).
The CEO of British American Tobacco: Is required to adopt directive strategies to run
administration in proper manner. Also main objective of such tactics is to help in emphasizing
upon improving specific system that has to be executed within an organization in improvised
manner. In relation to the organization focus is over providing best quality facilities that has been
used to attain satisfaction. It directs strategy which is based on capabilities, skills and knowledge
which makes sure that quality services is achieved. Their main focus is to provide superior
quality cigarette to its user in order to satisfy them.
Another example regarding management style that has been connected for accomplishing
goals with objectives that has been formed by an organization. This helps in building positive
