INRODUCTION
There are various teams in organization which plays
important role in achieving goals, so the teams
are being discussed in presentation. There are
different philosophies of organization is also
being in this presentation

Effective anf Ineffective Team
Team Plays an important role in the organization because it helps the
company to achieve its targets. There are basically two types of team
that is effective team and ineffective team. Effective team is that which
can accomplish the targets and perform in better manner. Ineffective
team is that which is not able to perform as per the needs of organization
and does not achieve the goals and objectives. Effective team can help
the Busaba Eathai to increase the productivity in its restaurants.

Organisational Philosophies
There are various organisational philosophies and
concept are there which can be used by the
leaders and managers of BusabaEathai to show
the clear path to its employees.

Conclusion
. In the conclusion it can be said, an effective team
could lead to more revenues for company. As
there are some organizational philosophies which
is very important in motivation of employees.
