ORGANISATION BEHAVIOUR1 Abstract The main aim of this report is to understand the concepts of behaviour and management. This paper contains the five topics such as conflict, communication, leadership traits, behavioural style and culture. The real life personal example will share in this paper in order to shown the high understanding about these concepts.
ORGANISATION BEHAVIOUR2 Introduction In this paper, the discussion is made on the management and organisational behaviour such as culture, leadership traits, and behavioural styles, leadership process, communication and conflict, and negotiation. The personal life example will be discussed in this paper related to these topics. Examples Culture Culture is an important factor in the organisation in order to maintain the decorum at the workplace. It understands this topic during mu internship period at the workplace. There are many people came from different background for the particular purpose. Everyone have their own culture, language and the different way to do the work. It is difficult for me to interact with the other in their language but the organisation has their rules due to everyone speak in English. The other thing that I leant during this internship is that the conflict is arises among the people due to different culture and tradition. It is difficult for me to understand the culture and background of the other person. But due to the rules and regulation of the organisation, it maintains as the healthy environment. Leadership Traits Leaders have some qualities such as dominance, emotional stability, assurance and many others. I get an opportunity to lead the team during my internship period with the effective behaviour. This opportunity changes my perception for my supervisors and the leaders in the
ORGANISATION BEHAVIOUR3 life. It is necessary for me to improve the performance of my team members by understanding their problems. My main focus is on my emotional control and that is very difficult for me as it is my first experience. Different types of issues were arises in the daily routine especially conflict between the people of organisation and their personal issues. As a leader, I have to work with my patience by controlling my frustration and stress. During this period, it is very important for me too self-assured. To handle all the activities it is essential to develop the self-confidence and resiliency. The both are the common leadership traits as an individual has to maintain the performance of whole team. I realised that my skills and personality is developed by supervise the team members and the quality of self-confidence is also developed. Due to enhancing the self-confidence, I can maintain and handle all the activities. Behavioural style There are four types of behavioural style such as aggressive, passive, assertive, passive- aggressive. During the internship, I realised that everyone has their own styles to conduct the activities. As per the record of famous leader, it has been seen that everyone has their own style to maintain the activities and handle all the work. I usually adopt the passive style in order to make the other happy. As a leader, I am not expressing the thoughts and feelingsin front of others but always tried to make the team members happy. I always believe in practical a thing that is why I always give the new responsibility to my team members instead of appreciated them for their work. Communication

ORGANISATION BEHAVIOUR4 Communication is a source to represent the feeling and ideas in the front of others. In the daily life, I always communicate with the friends, relatives, and family. Communication at the workplace is necessary just because of representation of new ideas and conveys their own message in front of others. At the time of interview, it was an important source for me because it is the only way to represent myself in the front of interviewer. The interviewer considers the communication as a main factor while taking the decision to appoint me for internship. Conflict Conflict is a serious argument among the people. It is a biggest issue in the organisation as the people came from different places. In my organisation from where I take the experience of internship, I learnt the new things in which conflict is also a part that I learnt. As a leader, I have to solve the issue of my team members. The two members of my team discussing the things on politics and after few minutes the conversation convert into the argument due to different caste of them. Both start abusing each other for their religion and it became a conflict. That time I learnt an effective communication, and leadership traits are necessary at the organisation in order to maintain the healthy environment. Conclusion From the above analysis, it has been concluded that these five factors are essential for the long time survival of the organisation as well as for human. Leadership traits are essential to handle the conflict issue, and maintain the healthy environment. The behaviour style is also essential for a leader to maintain the environment.
