BUSINESS 3+0 IN COLLABORATION WITH SWINBURNE UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY

The report aims to analyze organizational behavioral issues found in a case study involving Advert Co, a graphic and advertising firm in Auckland, New Zealand. Four organizational behavior issues were found within the case study: poor communication, complacent team culture, poorly articulated goals, and lack of emotional control. This was selected because it presents a series of issues considered unique as they occur sequentially.
