INTRODUCTION
Organizational behavior is defined as study of workers or individual person behavior that conduct particular
practice in an organization.
It includes their ways of communicating, behavior and mannerisms through which they will contribute to
enhance operational efficiency of organizations.
Organizational behavior is a quite important aspect that lead to the determine employee's behavior and
their performance to achieve the set goal of companies.
It also includes how an organization is able to provide and promote a good environment for the employees.
The current assignment will be based on Thames Valley Building Society.
The study will explain three key issues related to case study organization and will also define relevant
organizational behavior theories for each problem.
Furthermore, lastly the report will justify recommendations for action to improve each of three problems.
