INTRODUCTION
• Organizational behavior is defined as study of workers or individual person behavior that conduct particular
practice in an organization.
• It includes their ways of communicating, behavior and mannerisms through which they will contribute to
enhance operational efficiency of organizations.
• Organizational behavior is a quite important aspect that lead to the determine employee's behavior and
their performance to achieve the set goal of companies.
• It also includes how an organization is able to provide and promote a good environment for the employees.
• The current assignment will be based on Thames Valley Building Society.
• The study will explain three key issues related to case study organization and will also define relevant
organizational behavior theories for each problem.
• Furthermore, lastly the report will justify recommendations for action to improve each of three problems.
