It impact in terms of job structure, performance, motivation,leadership, communication etc. Organizational behaviour helps in understanding individualnature and how it will impact the productivity and profitability. With the help of variousmotivational or leadership theories, manager formulate strategy accordingly which further usedin decision making process. Main objective of OB is to achieve high productivity or profitabilitythat accomplished business goals. By using Maslow's or other motivational theory, organizationimprove the productivity as well as performance of their employees which is very important forbusiness operations.
