Organization Hierarchy1 A.Organizational Hierarchy for the fund raising event The organizing function of management ensures that all the actions are integrated towards a common goal. It designs a framework that allocated the human resource to achieve the objective in a coordinated manner (Young & Ghoshal, 2016). 1.From the organization chart(refer to appendix 1), it is reflected that the director will communicate the plan to the event planner and the moderator will be responsible for carrying out all the function and will be accountable to director of the event. The next levels contain the manager who will coordinate the different departments allotted to them and will be accountable to the moderator (event planner). The last level consists of the volunteers who will be accountable to their immediate boss. The members at all the levels are selected based upon the ability and the skill the member possess (Young & Ghoshal, 2016). 2.The main responsibility of themoderatoris to ensure that all the activities are in line and are properly directed towards the achievement of the purpose. The moderator will allocate all the tasks to the different department managers. Communication managerwill coordinate and communicate to all the departments for avoiding confusion and delay in the event. Finance managerwill collect the revenue and will allocate revenue for all the departments to conduct the activities designed in the event. Talent show coordinatorwill undertake the talent show event and will be responsible for carrying out the activities in a coordinated manner to gain the attention of the maximum participants.

B.Staffing Human resource planning is essential for the event because the capabilities of the individuals define the success of the event. It becomes crucial to recruit the best staff for carrying out the activities in a well-defined manner (Noe et al, 2017). 1.The group and the team will include the individuals, who are good at communication skills, ability to influence the participants. It will also include the staff who have specialization in finance to collect the revenue and the marketer who have the skills to communicate the message at large. The volunteers for the event will be recruited based upon the skills and knowledge they possess (Bratton & Gold, 2017). 2.The event will constitute mainly 7 volunteers in which two volunteers will be assigned under each department to maintain the efficiency and 1 volunteer will help to all the departments for proper communication and delegation. Under the main volunteers, the manager of each department will hire the helpers for conducting the event successfully.
Organization Hierarchy3 3.The communication channels designed for the event includes the combination of formal and informal communication in which the communication will be done on the basis of position delegated to the members. The formal communication will be done through scalar chain i.e. on the basis of hierarchical positions and within the departments; the members can communicate in an informal way. The form of communication will be verbal, non-verbal and written communication channels. The informal communication is used to avoid the delays in the decision making and involving immediate action to the problems faced by the members.
