ORGANIZATIONAL ANALYSIS
1. Introduction
Organizational analysis can be referred to as the core procedure to review the
respective development, environment of work, personnel and even operation of an
association or business. This particular types of review is also performed in response to any
kind of crisis, however might even be eventually carried out as the core part of a
demonstration project (Burrell and Cooper 2015). This organizational analysis even
emphasized on the respective design and structure of business and process of organizational
systems, functionalities and capacities influencing the business outputs. Emirates Airlines is
one of the most popular and significant airline organization that is based in Dubai, United
Arab Emirates. This is the largest airline within Middle East that is operating more than 3600
flights in one week from the hub at Dubai International Airport to over 150 cities in eighty
countries in the world (Emirates.com. 2019). The following report outlines a brief discussion
on organizational analysis of Emirates airlines with structural frame analysis, human
resources frame analysis, symbolic frame analysis and political frame analysis with
significant details.
2. Discussion
The Four Frame Model is a basic concept, which divides up any particular
organization or business into four distinctive frames by having the significant objective to
understand the organizations in a better manner. These are extremely complicated entities
that has a potentially huge number of motivations, limitations, capabilities and personalities
(Chia 2014). The four frame model analysis comprises of four factors, which are structural
frame analysis, human resources frame analysis, symbolic frame analysis and political frame
analysis. These frames are responsible for significant roles in the business analysis and

frame model is described in the following paragraphs for Emirates.
2.1 Structural Frame Analysis
2.1.1 Stated Goals of Emirates
The first and the most important goal of Emirates Airlines is to deliver the highest
standards of service quality for supporting their business in the entire industry of air
transportation and even achieving complete customer satisfaction by refinement of service
levels and innovation (Hassard and Wolfram Cox 2013). Another goal of this organization is
to reach to the top by simply excelling on what is to be done. The organizational current
CEO, Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum have stated the goals.
