I gained knowledge as well as understanding about the organisation behaviour and it related
theories. The term organisation behaviour is the study that examines human behaviour in a work
environment and determines its effect on the job structure, performance, communication as well
as motivation and leadership (Guest, 2017). I gained the working experience while working in
Grill’d organisation and I gained an experience while working a team.
I found that workplace experience is important for me as well as for the growth of the
organisation as per my observation in the Grill’d company in the market of Australia. I observed
that people who are working from a year or two know the way to interact with the customers
when they arrive in the store of company that leads to rise in demand of company, as customers
will visit repeatedly. Along with this, existing customers of Grill’d like to recommend to the
other people that will increase the market value of company. In addition, the employees who
have experience in the team get more value as well as high designation. Working experience is
important for the employee’s growth to get the promotion and other opportunities in the
company (Lazaroiu, 2015). Suppose, if a front desk employee who is working with company will
get the opportunity of become the assistance manager then it is essential to work effectively at
front desk as it will develop different skills.
In the dynamic world, the workplace situation influence working in teams as an employees.
Currently, Grill’d company is expanding the business operations in market of Australia for which
they need to expand their internal processes. Thus, this is very clearly that expanding the
business operations influences the working. I found increase in processes of Grill’d will lead to
