The allegations which come from employees was never heard by theauthorities under BBC. Many of the employees who were skills and ability to perform their workwill leave their job due to ineffective culture under organisation. The individualsand employees who performed there part under BBC will never got motivated by theirmanagement and principals. Their efficiency and effectiveness regarding their work wassidelined.
