It utilizes the case study of Intelistyle, a fashion tech start-up, to illustrate these concepts. The project further explores content and process theories of motivation, applying them to Intelistyle's context. It also analyzes the characteristics of effective and ineffective teams, drawing upon Tuckman's team development model and Belbin's team role theory. Finally, the project examines the application of organizational behaviour principles to a real-world business situation, focusing on DC Thomson's need to boost employee performance and productivity. The project concludes by highlighting the importance of team performance and organizational behaviour in driving organizational success.
