INTRODUCTION
Organizational behaviour is explain as the human behaviour in organizational setting and
it is the interface between human behaviour and the organization. The main aim of organisational
behaviour is to revitalize organizational theory and develop a better conceptualization of
organizational life. It is analyse the effect of social and environmental factors that affect the way
employees or teams work. The way by the people interact, communicate and collaborate is key
to an organization's success. It is describe systematically people behave under variety f
condition. It is help to predicting the future employees behaviour and control at least partially as
well as develops some human activity at work (Kasemsap, 2018). This report is written from
perspective of Maybelline New York, it is a high leading organization which deals in high
quality offering in the lighten up as well as make-up products, lip colours and skin care products.
