is simple to work with, easy to trust, and prioritizes the requirements of its customers,
resulting in each client receiving a personalized PC made to their specifications. Customer
service quality, from initial contact through product delivery and after-sales assistance, is one
of the keys to great success in this environment. Dell encourages and appreciates continual
learning, and has implemented Business Process Improvements (BPI) across the
boardEmployees have been taught to think from the perspective of the customer and to utilize
a technique and toolset to enhance everything they do. Dell has been able to add to its
competitive advantage through Lean Thinking and BPI.

the customer experience, eliminating waste, lowering costs, boosting efficiency, and freeing
