the organizational governance. Proper decision-making arrangements has to be done by the

overcome the limitations and shortcomings that are faced by the organization. The proper

policies along with decision-making has to be followed by the officials of the organization as
to achieve growth as well as accomplishment of goals as well. For properly solving the
problems in the organization, proper alternatives has to be selected by the organization as to

problems that are faced by the organizations that are the symptoms those are non-associated
