Decision-making has huge impact on the effectiveness,growth, success as well as proper goals accomplishment. Leadership decision making helpsin analyzing the functions as well as qualities of the leaders that are essential for the growthof the entire organization. The main aim of the assignment is to understand the factors of success that helps indecision making in the different practices of the organizations. Proper decision-making helpsin understanding the organizational governance. Organizational governance helps inunderstanding the rules and regulations through which the company is controlled anddirected. The purpose of the assignment is to improve the quality decision of the leaders aswell as accomplishment of goals in the entire organization as well. The structure of the assignment includes the nature of authority as well as power inthe organizational governance. Proper decision-making arrangements has to be done by theofficials of the organization as to understand the techniques through which the organizationcan be controlled and accomplish goals as well. There were many scholars as well as practitionersof leadership felt that organization fails to rise in the competitive environment due to lack ofproper decision making skills and due to negative policies and procedures applied by them.The employees of the organization are the ones who are the victims in such case when theorganizations fail to gain success in the market. The organizational employees along with thehigher officials work towards achieving goals for the company by making the employeeswork towards the job performance along with the accomplishment of goals in theorganization. For instance Wu et al., (2015) commented that high and accurate moralestandards, honesty as well integrity that are helpful for the organizational officials toovercome the shortcomings faced by the organization and the employees as well.In Coca-Cola Company, the higher officials need to implement strategies that will help inunderstanding the requirements of the employees and provide them moral support.Implications on organizational governanceA proper defensive attitude has to be kept by the employees of the organization as toovercome the limitations and shortcomings that are faced by the organization. The properstrategy has to be maintained by the organization in order to finish the tasks properly withproper accomplishment of goals in the organization as well. Proper development of creativepolicies along with decision-making has to be followed by the officials of the organization asto achieve growth as well as accomplishment of goals as well. For properly solving theproblems in the organization, proper alternatives has to be selected by the organization as tosolve the problems in the organization and solving critical matters as well.
