EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The following report aims to identify the various factors that are responsible for the success of
the famous American multinational technology company, Apple. The report attempts a critique
and review of a given article that deals with the innovation strategies that have been undertaken
by the concerned management at Apple. The report discusses the ways in which the innovation
and the strategies are implemented simultaneously in the company, the innovation approaches
that are adopted by the concerned company in discussion, Apple. The report further proceeds to
discuss the role of the employees of the organization in the various innovative implementation
that had taken place within the concern. The report finally nears its conclusion with the
discussion on the impact of the leadership that was provided by Steve Jobs and attempts to shed
light on the view of the eminent leader on the factors that pertain to the various processes and the
innovations that are adapted by the concerned company in discussion, Apple.
